DAMAGES + ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct the error for you as soon as possible. STANDARD POLICY
We have a 60-day return for refund policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us if you believe you require an exception to this policy. We also accept exchanges of a product if the replacement product is of equal value, in stock, and with no payment difference.
To be eligible for a return with refund or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The product must be unworn or unused, with tags if possible. Once your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label (RMA), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
EXCEPTIONS + NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. There may be exceptions in which our customer service director can exchange the size of an item for another size without a new purchase processed. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of you refund. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow the appropriate time frame for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
